Crow's Feet - How to minimize and prevent!

By Andrea Hamilton

As we age, our bodies naturally start to show a dash of damage. This is nothing to feel humiliated about nonetheless it's ordinarily something that we don't necessarily appreciate. A good example of this is the appearance of crow's feet.

Crow's feet are small wrinkles that appear on the corner of the eye. They're sometimes dubbed as "laugh lines" or "personality lines. " But notwithstanding such flattering interpretations, they remain a basically inevitable sign of aging.

As we get older, our skin starts to lose its pliancy - leading to the familiar lines we refer to as facial wrinkles. A main reason for this being, our body begins to produce less collagen and elastin as we age - the 2 proteins essentially responsible for our skin's pliability.

If you already have crow's feet - do not stress, you aren't alone. There are a few procedures you may use to attempt to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

- Apply a facial cream: Some creams can seriously help to diminish the appearance of crow's feet. Buy creams that contain ingredients that boost skin flexibility such as retinol (vitamin A).

- Cosmetic procedures: Crow's feet become most evident when the skin around the eye is stretched - when we smile, squint, for example. A procedure like Botox would constrain this movement, and so limit the quantity of movement (and development of crow's feet) round the eyes.

If you do not already have crow's feet - fortunate you! But these are some ways that you can stop the appearance of wrinkles that may appear round the eye

- Avoid overexposure to the sun and wear sun screen. UV rays can make the skin lose collagen and elastin which are vital to skin's pliability.

- Steer clear of smoking: Smoking can accelerate skin aging.

- Eat well. Diet can play a massive role in protecting the skin. Vitamin A, C, and E, are believed to have properties that can make contributions to skin's pliancy.

As discussed earlier, Crow's feet are unavoidable, but do not worry because they can be simply managed with the methodologies listed above!
