These professionals work with builders putting up, doing alteration, repairing, removing, or demolishing activity. These are activities regulated by the code for dwellings designed for one or two family occupancy regardless of the sizes. After qualifying, one needs to acquire a certain number of continuing education hours each two years renewal period based on the license category.
