Strategies To Grow Your Partylite Profits

By Eduardo Kooliantra

Partylite business owners: It's time to learn what it REALLY takes to become a top earner Are you devoted to climbing to the top of your comp. plan?

If you seek to become a top earner, it's vital you get way beyond merely talking to colleagues, associates, family and friends about your business..

It's imperative you master the basics of marketing- like any real business

I've been groomed by 6 and 7-figure income earners who taught me the following strategies we quietly use to build large businesses:

- Solve Your Attrition Problem

On average 80%-90% of your Partylite downline will quit within 12 months of getting started. People in companies such as Partylite are usually taught two methods to solve their attrition issue. But each strategy has problems.

1) The first strategy is to assist your new Partylite reps to get into profit quickly, so they have reason to stay in the game. When you attempt to help EVERY new Partylite rep in your organization get into profit quickly, you spend LOTS of time helping your worst-performing new reps, the people who can't sponsor anyone by themselves. This takes focus away from your best people, the top 20% of your Partylite downline that will drive 80% of all your income. Spending most of your time on the weakest 20% of your people just fosters dependency.

2) The other common approach is get your Partylite team members to feel connected to your team, so the interpersonal connections and sense of belonging the person feels overcomes frustrations that might otherwise make them quit. Live team events, Partylite team conference calls, and one-on-one coaching can foster a sense of team. This strategy can foster dependency. You'll end up with many underperforming team members who stick around for the team connection but sponsor few or no people into Partylite.

You're a business owner, not a group therapist. A totally different approach to addressing attrition is not to try to increase retention, but to make attrition almost irrelevant to your business. To make retention less important to your business, promote affiliate products that can easily add a dozen or more new streams of income. This diversifies your income and makes you less dependent on your downline for revenue. When you depend less on your downline for income, attrition matters less. Another solution to your attrition problem is to promote a high ticket direct sales opportunity (sometimes called a top tier) that pays commissions of $1000 or more per sale. Traditional network marketing opportunities like Partylite pay out only about $60-$120 per new signup, so you must develop a large team and residual check to make a substantial income. If you earn a commission of $800 or more each time you sponsor a new rep, it's like you're earning 3-4 years of residual income checks up front, so it doesn't matter if this new person quits, because you get paid so much up front. This makes retention a non-issue.

- Tap Different Sources Of Internet Traffic

The Web can be a powerful place to market your Partylite venture. In the beginning, it's important you only focus on a single way to generate leads on the internet. Do not try to master multiple methods at the same time. For beginners, it's very overwhelming to try to do more than one internet marketing tactic at first.

You should add another marketing strategy once you achieve a satisfactory result from the first method. You can attract leads for your Partylite business from Facebook ads, videos on Youtube, or articles on your blog.

Your long term strategy should be to master one strategy first, then add other traffic sources thereafter. That way, if a traffic source declines, you have other traffic to generate leads for your business.

You're going to find that some traffic sources result in sign ups more than other traffic sources. Become skillful at promoting Partylite to your prospects no matter what traffic source they arrived from.

Eventually, you want a portfolio of different traffic sources, like an investor with a portfolio of different stocks. The more diversity you have in your traffic sources over time, the lower your risk of a major decline in traffic. But remember: Only start with a single traffic source for your Partylite opportunity, unless you want to get overwhelmed!

- Target Your Audience And Market Accordingly

Clarifying the target audience for your Partylite opportunity makes it MUCH easier to market. You must decide:

- What sort of person makes the best prospect for your Partylite opportunity?

- What are their most pressing issues and needs?

- What can you provide that solves those needs?

- On which websites does your audience spend the most amount of time?

Once you've clarified these things, everything you do in your marketing will be more effective. Clarifying your target audience makes it simple to plan you marketing pieces. It becomes easy to decide the topics of your webinars, social media posts and Tweets.

Network marketers in companies such as Partylite usually target the wrong people. They go after people who are broke and in desperate financial condition. You don't want the headache of having to lead a bunch of broke people.

The ideal target market for your Partylite opportunity is likely to be struggling network marketers in other companies. Network marketers understand the business model and have demonstrated a willingness to spend money on a business venture.

Market with instructional content that solves the problems network marketers face, such as running out of leads. Create marketing that positions you as a leader. Some of your prospects will want to join your Partylite venture and buy other products you recommend.
