Most corporations think that they do not need a search engine optimization specialist. After interviewing a 100 business owners and managers in the state of Virginia 97% of them asserted that they at first felt that they could manage their own web-based marketing efforts. Out of the 97% of people interviewed 83% admitted that if they had it to do again that they might have hired a consultant from the get-go.

The internet is the quickest growing technology since the invention of the telephone. It has forever altered the way in which we do business. In the old days (about five years ago) you could spam your page with the keyword that you needed to rank for and hit the 1st page of the search results.

Those days are over and search engines have become a lot more advanced. Most business owners get so caught up in the day-to-day aspect of their business that often they overlook the power of the Internet. Those corporations that fail to attend to their internet marketing efforts are loosing out on thousands of dollars a month in possible revenue. Your job is to grow your business and not to become a marketing guru. That is the main reason it is recommended that you find the service of a Specialist.
