Helper Agency-Spotting the Unusual Claims A Helper Agency makes

By Alice Sy

For a helper agency, self-promotion is no ordinary. How much about that promotion should employers believes is what actually matters, especially when it borders from amazing to absurd. While some truths are hard to refute, there are facts that cannot be tampered upon when it comes to a help agency. Here are the common ones.

If there is an agency that claims of operating their own training center in countries where maids are hired for easy and direct deployment, it's unlikely to come true. It takes a great deal to establish a foreign-owned business in countries like Philippines and Indonesia among others. Foreigners cannot own and operate their businesses in these countries in full as stated in their limiting labor laws.

There may be a Helper agency that boasts of replacing maids for free, fast and better. First, be doubtful if it's free. You can get a replacement fast but definitely, it's no better, it may even be worse. The deal with free replacements is that the agency would rather manipulate the choices and keep the good ones from you and offer the better maids to those who can pay.

There are agencies who can offer to supply quality maids in absolutely low prices. This is perfect, if only there's no catch. These agencies have probably taken their profits from the maids' salary. It is only righteous for agencies to charge accordingly that equals their dedication and service. Fair is good but prices below the belt is suspicious.

Remember that a helper agency cannot prove itself to you even after you have paid them and the maid is working for you already. An agency's service actually never ends as long as the maid you hired from them is with you. The beginning of the maid agency hiring is the best time to be careful, it can save your life in the end.
