They will often have a lot of ideas as to how to take your business in new directions that you may have never thought of. When you hear others, listen to echoes to succeed more than you can imagine.

Don't become obsessive with winning. In the Internet and technology age of today, it's easy to break things down into stats and spreadsheets and goals. This is a great way to know your goals, and to see how the progress is going. It can be helpful to step back and let the wins fall into place without being pushed.
