By Josie Lynn

New system of grading rate business from A+ grade to F grade according to the information contains in file. If file does not contain sufficient information for grading an organization, then authority either request business industry to give information about their business state and size or rate as "No Rating" or NR which is not a satisfactory grade for consumer. Until November 2010, this organization only gives rating for its accredited business industries but now organization change their strategies and rated as "A+" grade for 625,000 non - accredited companies.

This hundred year old organization is approved by Council of Better Business Bureaus (CBBB) and many incorporated and governed regional BBB organizations are spread in the different parts of Canada and United States. They are always ready to provide consumer all of its collected information about the company from local and international marketplace. They maintain separate file for each organization in basis of consumer reports, market survey and other source of information. The main objective of this organization is to create a transparent and honest relationship between clients and companies. They also work as third party between company and client to solve any dispute or misunderstanding between companies and their clients.

BBB grading can decrease in case of two condition of "Type of Business" (0 to (-41)) category. Business may be grade as "F" for violation of law or materially misrepresent their services or products. Organization also concern with nature of services and products of the company. If organization finds that it is inherent and dissatisfactory for client, then they restrict their grade up to "C" for that particular company.

"Time in Business" (8 to -10) is another factor of evaluation of company's trustworthiness. If company have not proper information about timing of business then BBB request company to give proper information about this matter. Organization checks the reliability of the information and check the company profile. Background Information also carries 5 or 0 grade point. If fails to provide proper background information or not clarify the practice and purpose of business, there is chance to get lower grade.

BBB also monitors other factors like Commitments to Better Business Bureau, Government authorization and license (0 to (-30)), misuse of logo and name of organization for advertising (0 - (-41)), Revocation (0 to (-10)) and Arbitration or Mediation (0 to (-41)).
