From my research they seem to be relatively unheard of, they are however experiencing growth in their distributor network and have a couple of unique points. The first probably being their compensation plan. Marvalous is the world's first ever network marketing company to embrace the term 'Tribal Marketing'.
Their pay plan operates on a 1x10 expanding matrix system, an innovative system that allows strong and weak marketers alike to benefit. The plan here is to have just one leg straight down, with every one placed under each other. They designed this system to help everyone benefit from the teams combined efforts, ensuring that everyone has the chance to earn. You will still need to personally sponsor as there are requirements to achieve in terms of volume. It's not a guaranteed pay cheque just for joining by any means.
They have a few different products in their range, the product that has gained the most exposure is their Omega 3 supplementations. We all know the benefits that Omega 3 has for us and mostly such products are derived from fish oil. However Marvalous Omega 3 comes from natural cold pressed oil from Sage. There are many benefits that Sage oils can provide, such as better functioning joints, brain function, liver function and general vitality, just to name a few. It is also seen as having strong religious meanings to many, especially the Jewish population. You would really need to try the product over a period of time to establish for yourself if this is true or not.
The other products that they produce are, Attract (a weight loss juice), 24/7 (multi vitamin juice), Fibre Must (fibre supplementation), Winner (an energy juice) and last but not least, Calcium (calcium supplementation drink). You are not just stuck with one product here which means you will be able to appeal to more customers and distributors.
The company will only allow you to buy products in boxes of 3. Each box does however offer 1 months supply.
You can sign up as a distributor/tribe member at three different levels. You can be a retailer for $200, Executive distributor for $900 or a VIP distributor for $1,600. As far as training goes with Marvalous, they say that they are 100% dedicated to their teams success and have some of the most innovative training in the market. I have not seen their training material myself but apparently they have a team of dedicated coaches. There is a back office and online marketing system also available to distributors. Effectively you can market the business and products online.
This certainly looks like an interesting opportunity and it remains to be seen just how this (if it does) really take off. Personally I think there are better opportunities available, but if you are going to join the tribe then you are probably going to have to invest a little more time and effort into your education.
