Great Product - Windshield Scratch Repair Review

By Ethan Cook

I used the suction cup method on 3 of the biggest and it worked good. Simpler to use on a sloped car windscreen replacement vs a far more vertical one.

Hence it is a complete five-star rating from me despite this.

I purchased the package and thoroughly studied, and followed the directions.

(I rolled my windows all the way up, and left the vehicle under the sun.) After I received the package, I applied it (after reading, and re-reading the directions). The main one in my driving view appears like a little pit instead of a chip. I deducted two stars as this product is made in China, whereas other Bosch windshield wiper goods are produced in Germany or Belgium.

I cleaned the repair region with soap water and a glass cleaner until it was squeaky clear. Setting it up was a peace of cake and also the current storms in the region proved it had been really worth purchasing. If you purchase them you won't be disappointed. Regarding the item quality: the suction cups are great for fixing tinted windows for cars. They lasted six months and began to streak. Next, I applied two drops again (one on each) to mind the dents for the final touch. I strongly suggest if you own a VW and want replacement blades spend the little more over the cheap generic blades and get these ones. So what if I have to use two rather than one. Bosch Evolution wiper is a superb wiper for long prolonged journey from civilization or a nearby car parts. It installs effortlessly and it is solidly constructed. I expect subsequent repairs to take not even half that. Today I hit the lottery again, really two hits one stone within three mm. I now have them strategically put into the vehicle console, the drawer next to my black sleek stovetop (which shows dust badly), in the bathroom. I suggest the product if you do not wish to pay $50-60 to get it fixed and you won't mind if it doesn't look perfect. I followed the directions step-by-step and it worked. Those are the same at best.

You're left with a very distinct windshield that can help you get where you are heading securely.

But there you have it, nowadays a lot of products do not live up to expectations. In the Pacific Northwest using the sun isn't a choice.

I was completely unsuccessful. I believe we'll be using them a couple of years - they seem rugged and durable!
