It is a fact that color printing tends to eat more ink than what pages would normally require if it is a back and white one. So, avoid color prints as much as you can.

Get the printers placed in those area sin your office where they are most likely going to be needed often. Identify the various works that your employes have to perform. Get the printer positioned in those people that are likely going to be using the printer most of the time so they get easier access to it.

Understand that the printers will require proper maintenance too. You would not want to end up having to spend a lot more on repairs simply because you have neglected to get them maintained and serviced on a regular basis. You cannot afford that. What you need to do instead is to get professionals see them to keep them in their best shape.
