Retrieval of the said document can be done in a minimum of 10 days up to 14 working days.

Since the number of arrest records stored in the Public Records Section of California is increasing, retrieval of such documents is becoming more tedious and time consuming. This can still be avoided. One can save time when the record is obtained through the Internet. California has implemented an online retrieval system that helps hasten the process and can eventually minimize, if not prevent, loss of data.

The public criminal records of California are readily available online. When the record is obtained online, one can save the hassle of going to the office thus saving also energy, cost and time. Several websites now offer to do the search for you. Some would let you do it for free while others charge a reasonable fee. However, many would go for the paid service to ensure they get quality results.
